Strength, Movement and Rehab
Exercise is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve health—but only when it's built around your body, your goals, and your life.
Whether you're recovering from injury, living with a chronic condition, training for performance, or simply want to move with more confidence, Scott creates evidence-based programs that help you keep doing the things you love.
Movement should never feel like guesswork.
Scott takes the uncertainty out of exercise by building personalized movement strategies that are realistic, adaptable, and designed to evolve with you. Every program is grounded in research, tailored to your goals, and built around what your body can do today—not what someone else's body can do.
Most people don’t need more motivation.
They need a plan they can trust.
What makes Scott's approach different?
Scott seeks to understand the whole person he’s working with. His approach combines evidence-based exercise science with what’s available for each person. This might mean equipment, nutritional status or life and energy levels. Being thoughtful and curious about how the whole puzzle fits together is critical for the long game.
01
Movement is medicine.
Exercise isn't punishment—it's one of the most effective tools for improving health, resilience, and longevity. Expect to hear a mix of this and "motion is lotion" often!
02
Education comes first.
Understanding why you're doing something is just as important as doing it. When your brain and body are connected to the goals, look out.
03
Programs built around real life.
Whether you train at home, in a gym, or while travelling, your program fits your environment—not the other way around.
04
Progress over perfection.
The goal isn't the perfect workout. It's building habits you can sustain for years and steady, consistent progress.
05
Research-driven coaching.
Current evidence, practical application, and constant learning guide every recommendation.
06
Healthcare that works together.
Scott regularly collaborates with the Circle Health team and your other healthcare providers to ensure movement becomes part of your overall care—not an afterthought.
